Electrostatic Filter Systems
Filtration solutions that use an electric field to capture oil aerosols and fine particles from an air stream.

TRS series electrostatic filters
The TRS-4X, TRS-6X, TRS-8X, TRS-10X and TRS-12X models are assessed against airflow and pollutant loading. Contact us for capacity and technical dimensions.
How does it work?
After pre-filtration, air passes through ionisation and collection sections. Electrically charged particles accumulate on collection surfaces. Regular cell cleaning is important for maintaining the system’s operating conditions.
- Pre-filtration
- Electrical charging
- Particle collection
Applications
- Industrial kitchen exhaust lines
- Oily smoke in food production areas
- Oil aerosols and particles in suitable processes
Key approach
- Cleanable collection cells
- Modular layouts suited to duct systems
- System selection based on particle load
The right choice starts with the right data.
The following information is assessed together when selecting a system. Airflow, power, dimensions and performance values are determined for each project.
- Airflow and particle concentration
- Oil and moisture content, air temperature
- Duct layout and maintenance access
Application note
Electrostatic filtration targets particles. Gaseous odours may require additional treatment suited to the contaminant.
Frequently asked questions
Does it remove every type of odour?
Capturing oil and smoke particles can reduce part of the odour load. A separate treatment stage is considered for gaseous odour compounds.
How is filter maintenance planned?
Cleaning intervals depend on contaminant load and operating hours. Maintenance must be carried out with the power isolated and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
